A top filipino bank (under NDA) was redeveloping their online banking corporate site and wanted to have a deep understanding of the usability of their current interface and in particular the parts that were lacking in terms of user experience.

The Challenge

The challenge here was the sheer size of the client’s website and complexity of their digital interactions across multiple digital properties.

The Work

Our team analyzed 3 separate digital properties including the mobile banking and two corporate sites. We prepared a 54-page report detailing major usability issues found including annotated screenshots, strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. This was presented to their team in order to get ownership from them in terms of next steps for their team to work on in the new version of their site.
