We have a focus on human-centered design and it’s application across multiple channels and touch-points. For this position, we prefer you to have:
> An understanding of the digital landscape and cutting edge technologies
> Experience in any field from User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design, Service Design or Ethnographic Research
> Practical application of Design Thinking at strategic and tactical levels, resulting in meaningful and tangible outcomes
The main responsibilities of this role are to:
> Help our clients understand the value of human-centered design and how to apply it to make their businesses more profitable and appealing to customers.
> Design and develop human-centered approaches, methodologies and tools that enable our clients to achieve their objectives.
> Translate user insights into tangible and measurable opportunities to improve or innovate our clients products and services.
> Produce visual artifacts and prototypes to clearly communicate customer insights and business opportunities.
