What changes on Monday
The same AI, used properly. Three of the nineteen habits, before and after.
What your team walks away with
Nineteen tricks. Each one is a thing to do and a line to copy into the AI. Here are six of them.
Three steps. No meetings.
You don't set anything up. You share a link.
Get your team link
Two fields, and it's yours. We email it to you as well.
Paste the message
Into your team chat or an email. That's the whole rollout.
See who finished
Sign in with a code we email you. Your page shows name, date, score and a credential ID for each finisher.
Built to be safe to send round
The things IT and HR ask about, answered before they ask.
Lesson 4 is your AI policy
Before any clever tricks, it tells people to use the company's approved tool and check what they're allowed to paste in.
Works with the tool you already approved
We don't provide an AI. Nothing your team types into ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini or Claude ever reaches us.
Starting is anonymous
We only ask for a name and work email at the very end, to send the cheat-sheet and certificate. Nobody has to make an account.
Twelve minutes, on a phone
Nineteen one-screen lessons and an eight-question quiz. It fits a commute or a lunch break, so nobody books time out.
“This is one of the best training I had, at least for the last 3 years. The training gave a very fresh perspective and not info overload.”

Two fields. Your links appear right here, and we email them to you.
Free. We'll email you the links, and we'll know your team is taking the course. We may send one email afterwards to ask how it went. No lists, no spam.
Done. Your team link is ready.
Questions people ask first
Does my team need an account or a login?
No. The link opens the course straight away, on any phone or laptop. Progress saves on their device. They only enter a name and work email at the end, to get their cheat-sheet and certificate.
Which AI tool does it use?
Whichever one your company already uses. The tricks are the same for ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Claude, and the course says so on each lesson. We don't provide an AI and nothing typed into one reaches us.
Is it really free? What's the catch?
It's free, for teams of any size. It's our taster for the AI Academy, our paid live training. If it's useful, we'd like you to think of us when you want the longer version. That's the whole catch.
What do you do with the emails?
Finishers get their cheat-sheet emailed to them once. You get your links emailed once, and we may send you one email later to ask how it went. Nobody goes on a marketing list without ticking a box that says so.
What does the team link look like? Is it secure?
Your team link looks like onoffgroup.com/getting-started-with-ai?team=acme-7k2q. It's a share link, not a secret: it only tells us which team a finisher belongs to, and it reveals nothing about your people. Your progress page is behind a sign-in: you enter your work email, we send a six-character code, and only that email can see your team's finishers. No password to remember, nothing to forward by mistake. Nothing anyone types into an AI ever reaches us.
Can I see who started but didn't finish?
No. Starting is anonymous, so the progress page only knows about people who finish and enter their details. If you want that level of tracking, that's what the live AI Academy is for.
Your link takes a minute.
Send it today, and see who's finished by the end of the week.
