Why teams do it

Good ideas aren’t rare. A way to test them is.

Innovation is a habit, not a talent

Design Thinking is a repeatable method: understand the people, frame the problem, come up with ideas, test them. Anyone on your team can learn it, and keep using it.

Every voice in the room

Structured methods, so the quiet person’s idea gets heard, not just the loudest one.

Test before you spend

Prototype and test with real people before any big investment.

Your team’s best ideas are

stuck in their heads.
How the 4 half-days work

One real problem, all the way through.

Your team works on one real problem from your organisation from start to finish. AI does the slow parts, so more of the time goes on people, ideas and testing.

  1. Half-day 1

    Empathize & frame the problem

Uncover real user needs with interviews, empathy mapping and journey mapping, then reframe the problem into an opportunity worth solving.

With AI: turn interview notes into themes and draft journey maps in minutes, not hours.

  2. Half-day 2

    Ideate & prototype

Structured brainstorming, then proven ways to pick the strongest ideas and turn them into simple, testable prototypes.

With AI: generate more ideas, stress-test them against what users said, build quick clickable prototypes.

  3. Half-day 3

    Test & refine

Plan and run quick user tests, gather what you learn, and refine the prototype on real feedback, before any big investment.

With AI: analyse feedback across test sessions and spot the patterns quickly.

  4. Half-day 4

    Graduation & integration

Present your tested prototype, plan how your team will use the method on its own work, and graduate with your certificate.

With AI: set up the AI steps your team will keep using afterwards.

What your team leaves with

Something real, not a slide deck.

  • A tested prototype for one real problem from your organisation
  • A human-centred way to frame problems and align stakeholders
  • Hands-on prototyping and user-testing skills, plus the AI steps that speed them up
  • A Design Thinking Digital Practitioner Certificate for each person

Questions

Good questions to ask.

Where does AI come in?

At every step: turning interview notes into themes, generating and stress-testing ideas, building quick prototypes, and analysing test feedback. The thinking stays with your team; AI does the slow parts.

Online or on-site?

Both. On-site anywhere in Metro Manila, or online.

Can we do it for just our team?

Yes. Tell us about your team and we’ll suggest the right format on the call.

Is there a certificate?

Yes. Each person gets a Design Thinking Digital Practitioner Certificate.

Bring one real problem. Leave with a tested prototype.

Tell us about your team on a 15-minute call and we’ll suggest the right format and a quote.
