UX Research Internship Program

We're always on the lookout for energetic, interesting people to join us as UX interns. Not only will you learn from our experienced UX team, you'll also get hands-on experience working on User Research projects with clients across industries.

What can you expect to learn during your internship?

See how UX theory plays out in real-life applications by working with a team to improve digital products for a wide range of clients— from startups to large corporations to the PH government.
During your time at On-Off Group, expect to develop skills you wouldn’t typically learn in a classroom setting such as:
  • User Research
  • Usability Testing
  • Design Thinking
  • Team Collaboration

What will I be doing during the internship?

As an intern, you’ll get the opportunity to learn about UX theory from weekly lectures from the UX team. You’ll also be collaborating and assisting the team when working on client projects.

On the latter half of the internship program, you’ll be working on your own UX project where you’ll be able to consolidate all that you learned about the design process into a research study under the mentorship of a member from a UX researcher.
Here are some of the key tasks and activities lined up for you:
  • Lectures on UX theory
  • Note taking and data analysis for client work
  • Weekly discussions with industry experts
  • Your own UX Research Project

We can also take in interns outside of the Philippines, but you would need to work at Philippine Standard Time.

I don’t know how to code. Can I still join?

You don't need to be good at Visual Design or Coding to apply as a UX Intern. You just need to be an effective communicator with an eagerness to learn.
