Say who you are. Put one line in front of any request: I'm a [role]. This is for [who]. I need [outcome]. That single sentence turns generic mush into something you can actually use.
Make it show its working. AI states wrong things with total confidence. Add show me exactly where that came from and check the receipt — before it ends up in your board pack.
Don't take the first answer. It's a conversation, not a slot machine. Good start. Now make it shorter and less formal. You never start over.
