Job Title: Customer Researcher

Summary of Role:
We are seeking a Customer Researcher to conduct short research interviews with our clients' customers. The Customer Researcher will be responsible for conducting the interviews to learn about the customers' recent experiences and synthesizing the results into key insights for our clients on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively extract valuable insights from customer feedback. They should be able to work independently and manage their own schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Stakeholder management; back and forth communication with the client
- Crafting a discussion guide for the interviews
- Recruit participants to join the interviews
- Conduct short research interviews with our clients' customers on a regular basis
- Analyze the data from the interviews into key insights, pain points, and recommendations for our clients
- Craft a summary report highlighting and explaining the key findings from the interviews
- Provide regular updates to the team on the progress of your research
- Contribute to the development of new research methodologies and processes
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Tagalog
- Experience conducting customer research or similar qualitative research
- Ability to extract valuable insights from customer feedback
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
