Ayos AI Challenge

“Ayos” means sorted. You arrive with the one task that wastes the most time every week: quotes typed up by hand, the Monday report, re-keying orders, chasing approvals. You leave with a tool that does it, running at a live link, and the code to make it yours.

If it’s repetitive, happens every week, and someone does it by hand, it’s probably a fit. If you have five time-wasters, bring the worst one.

How it works

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us the task, who’s coming, and pay the ₱5,000 ticket. Eight places.

  2. 2

    Framing call

A short call before the day to make sure the task fits a morning.

  3. 3

    Build

Your team and your builder at one table, on your real task, with dummy data.

  4. 4

    Showcase

Time it, then demo it to the room. Everyone sees what everyone built.

  5. 5

    Keep it

The link, the code, the numbers and the Fix Plan. Then it’s your call.

FAQs

Who should come?

Up to three people per company: the person who does the task every week, and the person who can say yes to changing it. Owners, managers, heads of department. It’s built for businesses with roughly 10 to 200 staff.

What counts as a time-waster?

Quotes put together from a price list by hand. The weekly report copied from five spreadsheets into one. Orders re-typed from photos or Viber messages. Purchase requests waiting days for an approval. The same customer questions answered all day. Invoices read and filed by someone.

What does it cost?

₱5,000 per company, for up to three people, paid when you apply. If we can’t fit your task into a morning, we’ll tell you before the day and refund you in full.

Do we need technical people?

No. Bring the person who does the task and the person who can change it. Your builder does the technical part, with you.

What if the tool isn’t finished by lunch?

We scope the task on the framing call so it fits. On the day, the aim is a working version of the core, not every edge case. The Fix Plan covers the rest.

Is our data safe?

We build with dummy data on the day. Your real data never leaves your business unless you choose to make the tool real afterwards, on your own accounts.

Can we change who comes?

Yes, up to the day itself. Email owie@onoffgroup.com with the new names.

Where exactly is it?

Metro Manila. We confirm the venue with your ticket, at least two weeks before the day.

Ready to sort it?

Eight companies. Tell us the task and who’s coming, then pay the ₱5,000 ticket. We’ll call before the day to frame the problem.
