A customized 6 half-day interactive UX/UI Training for your team

Welcome to your learning journey with us. We believe training should be more than just information transfer — it should transform the way you think, work, and lead.
Our philosophy is simple: learning is most powerful when it's practical, hands-on, and human-centered. Whether you're building confidence in UX, applying Design Thinking to solve complex challenges, exploring the opportunities of AI, or growing as a leader, we focus on giving you experiences you can immediately put into practice.
We also believe learning should inspire. The skills you'll build here are the same ones we use every day with organizations tackling real-world problems. Just as important, you'll get a sense of the culture we value: curious, collaborative, and committed to making a positive impact.
Bring your curiosity, your ambition, and your openness to try new things. We'll provide the structure, the challenges, and the support to help you grow. Together, let's turn learning into lasting change.
Warm regards,
Philip Smithson
Chief Collaboration Officer
Our workshop series for Metrobank has been reimagined as a six part immersive experience. Over the course of six half-day sessions, we will move beyond typical training into a collaborative workshop environment. This format allows us to integrate learning with actual project work, ensuring that every concept discussed is immediately tested against your real-world goals.
We believe that a strong foundation is the key to successful design, so we have kept the core principles as part of our face-to-face time rather than as pre-reading. This ensures everyone starts on the same page and can discuss the nuances of these principles together.
Participants work in teams of 4-6 to solve a real problem for Metrobank
Session 1
Focus: We start by looking inward. Before we build anything new, we need to understand the current landscape of Metrobank's digital tools.
Session 2
Focus: This session focuses on empathy and evidence. We move away from assumptions and toward data.
Session 3
Focus: Now we transition from the "problem space" to the "solution space."
Session 4
Focus: We move into the digital workspace to start bringing the ideas to life.
Session 5
Focus: This is where the design starts to feel like a real product.
Session 6
Focus: We close the loop by seeing how users actually interact with your work.
